A valid card on file is required for all appointments. We kindly require a minimum of 48 hours notice for any cancellations or reschedules. Appointments canceled within 48 hours, same-day cancellations, and no-shows will be charged 50% of the scheduled service total. This fee is non-refundable and non-negotiable. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule and may be subject to the cancellation fee. Appointment confirmations are required to secure your reservation. Unconfirmed appointments may be canceled. All retainers are non-refundable but may be applied toward a future appointment
